Draft RFE responses
Assist with all employment-based immigration cases as assigned by attorneys
Monitor expiration dates of foreign national employees
Manage PERM filing programs for clients
Respond to client communication
Prepare content for Meltzer Hellrung’s blog and newsletter
Bachelor's degree in a humanities, social science, communications, or journalism field
1+ years experience with corporate immigration
Experience with small and entrepreneurial clients
Experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1 visa petitions
Experience preparing PERM and Adjustment of Status petitions
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 depends on experience
Eligible for overtime on hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
