We are a well-established Immigration Law Firm in Miami searching for a EXPERIENCED Immigration Attorneys to join our team (Full and part-time positions available).
The candidate should have in depth experience in family and deportation immigration law matters. Shall possess emotional intelligence, positive attitude and effective communication skills. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written bilingual communication skills (in English and Spanish); well organized and loyal to the mission of the Firm.
We are a detail and customer service-oriented immigration law firm. Fast learner and self-motivated is a must. Must be able to understand deportation proceedings and have the ability to handle all sorts of client stressors.
Act as key liaison, communicating with clients for various matters relating to immigration, provide information via telephone, postal mail and email.
Prepare court documents, such Motions, Waivers and Notice of Filing.
Represent clients during deportation proceedings, USCIS processes and consular processing.
Prepare Waivers, U-Visa Cases, Family Petitions, Stay of Deportations, amongst other remedies.
*MUST FEEL COMFORTABLE representing clients before Immigration Court, DETENTION CENTERS and USCIS during hearings and interviews.
Improve effectiveness of case files management, office structure and organization. Prepare, review and analyze cases to ensure sufficiency of evidence and / or documentation, confirming readiness of cases for hearing and responsible for obtaining additional evidence, as necessary.
Perform detailed and complex legal research and providing alternative approaches for immigration issue resolutions.
*MUST HAVE TWO OR MORE years of experience in deportation and family immigration, as well, as Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). *Experience with Employment Based Visas a PLUS***
