Our ERISA Litigation practice group has an opportunity for an attorney with two to five years of experience to join the firm and support our national employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation practice. The right candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for defending employee benefits litigation matters, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. This position will support shareholders located in the Northeast and other offices. The location is flexible and remote work options may be considered for the right candidate.
We are open to candidates who are interested in a traditional associate position. We are also open to counsel candidates who would not be on track to shareholder; these candidates would have the opportunity to work from home on occasion and have a flexible schedule with lower billable hour expectations than traditional associates.

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must possess 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Experience with employee benefits and with defending ERISA and non-ERISA life, health, disability and fiduciary claims preferred.
Superior research skills and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills required.
Strong academic credentials, Top 25% of law school graduating class preferred.
