The Contract Analyst provides contracting services for the provision of clinical trial support and resources within a national clinical trials environment. Responsibilities include:
Develop contract language in keeping with both SWOG principles and also NCI guidelines and standards
Negotiate language with pharmaceutical collaborators
Track trial development timelines and ensure that contracts are executed accordingly
Working collaboratively with SWOG investigators in institutions across the United States, develop and execute Material Use and Data Use agreements with various parties receiving SWOG specimens and data in accordance with SWOG and NCI policy and regulations
Develop exhibits as necessary to complete the contracting process
Assist with the administration of SWOG specimens and distribution processes in collaboration with the Nationwide Children\u2019s Hospital Biopathology center in Columbus, Ohio
Assist with feasibility assessments related to studies under development including researching processes and institutions for their ability to become partners in clinical trial research
