Harvard University's Office of the General Counsel is looking for a Real Estate Attorney, who will focus on the University's Allston property, supporting the University's programming, strategic management and development of the Allston campus. This attorney's practice will also include provision of a wide range of both real estate and general transactional advice. This position reports directly to the University General Counsel.
Full-time position located in Cambridge, MA
Salary Grade: 062
Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
·JD with a minimum of 10 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house with a large real estate organization in urban, large-scale development and real estate operations.
·Significant experience in the Boston metropolitan area strongly preferred.
·Strong counselling skills and is able to communicate well with a broad range of clients.
